What browser storage means
Cookies are small values a website can ask your browser to store and return with later requests. Local storage is a separate browser feature that holds values for a website without automatically attaching them to every request. Both can remember preferences, and both can be removed through browser settings.
What this website uses
The website’s own scripts do not set cookies or load analytics, advertising pixels or third-party embeds. A single local-storage entry can be written when you use the preference controls below. Its key is crewblobambootowr-cookie-choice, and its value is either essential or accepted. It records your choice only; it contains no name, email address or room details.
This preference remains on the same browser and website origin until you change it, clear it or delete site data. There is no automatic expiry in the site code. Private browsing, storage restrictions and browser cleanup can prevent it from being retained. Saving a choice is optional and is not necessary to read the guides.
Your preference
No optional cookies are currently used. “Accept” records permission for optional storage; it does not activate tracking. Any future new purpose would need clear information and an appropriate consent choice before activation.
JavaScript is needed to view or save the local preference.
The room tool does not save a draft
The room-outline tool keeps its working text in the current page’s memory. It does not write that text to cookies or local storage. The copy and download controls act only when you select them. Your browser may independently restore form entries, and your operating system may retain or synchronise clipboard contents.
Managing storage yourself
You can inspect or remove this website’s stored data in your browser’s privacy or site-settings controls. Blocking all storage may prevent the preference above from being remembered but does not prevent you from reading the site. Clearing the preference here removes only the named entry, not unrelated browser data or any copies of files you downloaded.
External websites and changes
Following an external reference link opens a separately operated website whose cookies are governed by its own notice. We will update this page if our own storage practices change. See Your data, clearly for information about hosting requests, correspondence and your data protection rights.
